In December 1977, the Health Office of the Yingkou Jianguang Command was established. In 1994, it was approved by the Health Bureau of Kou City as a level-i general hospital, designated Hospitals for urban workers in Yingkou, for urban workers in Bayuquan District and for urban residents. The hospital now has imaging department, Color Ultrasound Room, laboratory, internal medicine, surgery, physical examination and other departments, mainly to carry out health examination business. The existing number of staff is 32, including 8 doctors , 14 nurses ,5 technicians, and 1pharmacists 1. 2 people have senior titles, 8 with intermediate titles.
