Mr. Yu was appointed as  Chairman of CR Healthcare. Mr. Yu is also the Executive  Director and General Manager of China Resources Medical Holdings Company Limited and Chairman  of China Resources Liaoning Health Industry Investment Group co., LTD. He was once a vice mayor and a member of the party committee of the people's government of Benxi city, Liaoning province. He also worked in science and technology department of Liaoning provincial. With a doctor's degree in pharmaceutical management of Shenyang pharmaceutical university, he officially joined CR in 2019.

Mr. Zhang was appointed as the  General Manager of CR Healthcare. He once served as the Assistant Director of the Board of Directors Office and General Manager's Secretary at CR Healthcare, Assistant General Manager of Human Resources and Administration Department at China Resources Pharmaceutical Group Limited, and Director of Operation Department at China Resources Petrochemical Investment &Development Co., Ltd. With a bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering at Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology, he officially joined CR in 2000.

Mr. Wu was appointed as the Vice General Manager of CR Healthcare. He is also the Vice President of CR Medial. He once served as chairman of China Resources Wisco Medical Management Co. , Ltd., and director of Technology Management of the WISCO., and Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of modern city service group of WISCO. He also served as deputy secretary-general of China Iron and Steel Industry Association and Independent Director of jinrui New Materials Technology Co. , Ltd. (listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange, stock code: 600390). With a Phd in Wuhan University of Technology, he got the title of senior engineer at Professor Level.

Mr. Zhang was appointed as the Vice General Manager of CR Healthcare.  Mr. Zhang is also the Deputy General Manager of CR-Health (Liaoning) Co., Ltd., and the Party Secretary of General Hospital of Mining Industry Group Fuxin. He had previously worked at Ping'an Hospital of Mining Industry Group Fuxin and 157 Hospital. With a Master's degree in JINZHOU Medical university, he officially joined CR in 2019.

Mr.Lu was appointed as the Vice General Manager of CR Healthcare. Mr.Lu was served as the general manager of the Healthcare Business Department and the Strategic Operation Department. With a Bachelor of Economics degree from Fudan University, Mr.Lu officially joined CR in 2007.
