From June 23 to 27, the CR Healthcare's Youth Talent Training Program (Phase I) was successfully held at the China Resources Learning and Center Xiongan Campus. A total of 51 young talents from headquarter's departments, the Supply Chain Management Center, and various member hospitals participated in the training.
This training program leverages high-quality internal and external teaching resources to build a comprehensive and systematic medical management knowledge system. Key personnel from multiple departments of CR Healthcare delivered specialized lectures on topics such as establishing and practicing a correct view of political achievements, China Resources culture, the "15th Five-Year Plan", discipline construction, medical insurance policies, medical compliance, confidentiality, AI, integrity education, and career development, to comprehensively enhance the comprehensive job performance capabilities of young talents. Meanwhile, nationally renowned expert Wang Zhong from Tsinghua Changgung Hospital was specially invited to teaching. By analyzing diagnostic and treatment logic through first-line clinical cases, he conveyed the philosophy of medical humanities, which can help trainees build a medical practice mindset that combines professional depth with service warmth.
This training featured special sharing sessions such as "China Resources in My Eyes", "My Story with China Resources", "My Hospital", and "Recommended Books", and combined with outdoor team-building activities, to promote the exchange of ideas among young trainees and foster team cohesion.
The trainees visited Beijing Aerospace General Hospital. They toured the Health Management Center, the Hospital History Gallery, the Hall of Renowned Doctors, and National Flag Exhibition Hall, to gain insights into the construction of the Health Management Center, specialized clinical models, and the development of red hospital history culture, thereby broadening their and inspiring new ideas for their work.
The graduation ceremony simultaneously featured the presentation of action learning project results, comprehensively reviewing the training content and intensively evaluating the trainees' periodic learning outcomes.
Wang Yuexing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of CR Healthcare, attended the closing ceremony, presented awards to outstanding trainees and groups on-site, and held a symposium with the trainees, and answered their questions and difficulties encountered in their growth, development, and practical duties, which can help young trainees clearing their thoughts and guiding their direction. He put forward expectations to the trainees. First, we should forge the soul with culture and establish oneself with loyalty, to be a practitioner of China Resources culture who keeps the nation's interests at heart. Second, we should expand boundaries with a global perspective and enhance capabilities through transformation, to be a versatile and practical transformer skilled in overall coordination and synergy. Third, we should take responsibility with practical actions and advance with far-reaching ambitions, to be a striving pioneer who dares to break through difficulties and tackle tough challenges. Fourth, we should set bottom-line defenses and cultivate oneself with self-discipline, to be a clean and honest guardian who respects rules and regulations.
