From June 11 to 14, CR Healthcare's "Summit Program" (Phase VI) Special Training Class for Young and Middle-aged Talents from Stroke Center was held in Beijing. More than 40 backbone members from CR Healthcare's member hospitals participated in the training, and over 10 well-known industry attended and delivered lectures.
At the opening ceremony, Academician Ji Xunming of the Chinese Academy of Engineering mentioned in his speech that the joint launch of the Million Disability Reduction Project by ten national ministries and commissions is aimed at building a full-cycle prevention, screening, treatment, management, and rehabilitation system for stroke. Young talents are the key force in the development of medicine. He hoped that the trainees would gain valuable knowledge, take this training as a new starting point, shoulder the heavy responsibilities of the discipline, and scale the peaks of medical technology bravely.
Zhang Bing, Deputy General Manager of CR Healthcare, hoped that the trainees would maintain an open mind and devote themselves to in-depth study and research, persist in learning from others to improve quality through practical application and uphold the spirit of reaching the summit, so as to contribute to the advancement of domestic stroke prevention and treatment through practical action and responsibility.
The trainees visited Beijing Daxing District People's Hospital to learn about the cutting-edge technologies and management practices of the stroke center.
Experts delivered special lectures and engaged in discussions and exchanges on topics such as the Million Reduction of Disability Project, the latest clinical progress in emergency thrombectomy, the management of minor ischemic stroke, quality control in the construction of stroke center green channels, TianTan's experience in stroke thrombolysis, demonstrations of advanced units, diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for inflammatory small vessel disease and cerebral venous sinus thrombosis, sharing of neurointerventional cases, hospital development directions under DRG/DIP policies, and etc..
The Department of Discipline Construction and Innovation organized the "China Resources Action Learning and Seminar". All participants conducted in-depth discussions using action learning methods, formulated feasible plans, and delivered presentations on core topics, such as how to achieve a normalized DNT ≤ 30 minutes through the introduction of appropriate new technologies and cost-benefit balancing, and multidisciplinary collaboration to optimize the in-hospital stroke workflow under the background of medical insurance payment reform, optimizing medical service revenue and upgrading disease structure under the DRG/DIP framework,and etc..
All trainees successfully completed all course requirements, passed the assessment and obtained completion certificates. Outstanding trainee representatives gave speeches.
During the symposium, the leaders addressed the trainees' questions one by one, and gave precise guidance on topics such as the transformative impact of AI on medical technology the coordination of medical services under health insurance policies, and the development paths for secondary hospitals' disciplines. They helped organizing and forming an actionable implementation framework, clarifying the path for the highquality development of neurology disciplines in various units. The trainees unanimously expressed their commitment to maintaining a "continuous peak-climbing" learning state, striving to become "spark-igniting practical pioneers, deeply cultivating the "walking hand-in-hand" camaraderie, and pooling their strength for growth and tackling key challenges together.
