On the afternoon of June 4, CR Healthcare and Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine held a signing ceremony for a cooperative framework agreement on TCM health preservation and in Shenyang, and both parties held talks and exchanges to refine the cooperation. Lü Xiaodong, Party Secretary of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Yu Hai, chairman of CR Healthcare, attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.
Zhang Chuang, General Manager of CR Healthcare, and Yang Dongxiang, President of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, signed a cooperative framework agreement on Traditional Medicine (TCM) health and rehabilitation on behalf of both parties. The two parties will jointly cultivate TCM-specialized talents, jointly promote TCM scientific research and innovation, and jointly TCM health and wellness standards.
Yu Hai introduced the strengths of China Resources as a central enterprise and the educational characteristics of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, reviewing the past achievements in teaching and research implementation between the two parties, as well as the group's cooperation experience with multiple traditional Chinese medicine universities. He stated that CR Healthcare will closely align with the deployment for the revitalization and development of traditional Chinese medicine, leverage the group's nationwide medical layout advantages, and work deeply with Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine based on its unique traditional Chinese medicine resources. The collaboration will focus on areas such as traditional Chinese medicine talent cultivation, health and wellness research, and the creation of traditional Chinese medicine health standards, aiming to build a new integrated model of industry-university-research cooperation to empower the practical development of the traditional Chinese medicine cause.
Lv Xiaodong hopes that both parties will refine and implement the cooperation agreement around matters such as industrial, order-based classes, practical training bases, and scientific research transformation which are based on the principles of resource complementarity and mutual benefit. The university will coordinate resources to ensure the implementation of the cooperation, jointly creating a benchmark for the integration of industry education in traditional Chinese medicine in Northeast China.
Next, relying on the profound academic heritage of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at Liaoning University of TCM and the unique advantages of the School of Health Preservation and Rehabilitation, and combined with CR Healthcare's nationwide medical and health industry resources, we will jointly create a benchmark project for the integrated "industry-university-research-application" of TCM, cultivate more high-quality TCM talents, and produce more innovative achievements that benefit public health.
