On the morning of June 4, CR Healthcare and Northeastern University held a signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Shenyang, and both parties held and exchanged on strengthening strategic cooperation. Ji Hongtao, Deputy Director of the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education, Guo Hai, Secretary of the Party Committee of Northeastern University, and Yu Hai Chairman of CR Healthcare, attended and witnessed the signing ceremony.
Zhang Chuang, General Manager of CR Healthcare, and Feng Xiating, President of Northeastern University, signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on behalf of both parties. The two parties will deepen their cooperation in areas such as the joint establishment of the Medical School of Northeastern University, scientific research and achievement transformation, and talent cultivation. Feng Xiating stated that the joint establishment of the medical school by both parties is a crucial opportunity for Northeastern University to fill the gap in the medical track, improve its disciplinary ecosystem, and open up new growth points for high-quality development. Both parties will leverage their respective strengths to strengthen cooperation, cultivate top-notch interdisciplinary medical talents, and tackle cutting-edge medical-engineering cross-disciplinary technologies, contributing the wisdom and strength of Northeastern University to the construction of a Healthy China and the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China. Zhang Chuang stated that during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, CR Healthcare will focus on three core businesses, which are comprehensive services, smart health services, and derivative health products, and accelerate the improvement of the "to hospital, to enterprise, to home" all-scenario service system. We will promote deep cooperation with Northeastern University to jointly explore new types of medical and health services based on hospitals and integrating technologies such as AI and remote services.
Guo Hai stated that this signing is a pragmatic measure for a strong alliance between the university and the enterprise to implement the Healthy China strategy. Ji Hongtao stated that the signing of the cooperation agreement between CR Healthcare and Northeastern University is of profound significance, aligning with the deployment for construction of a healthy Liaoning, with both parties' resources complementing each other and their advantages standing out.
