On May 23, CR Healthcare held the "May Fourth" Commendation Conference and Youth Contribution Symposium, and honored 4 collectives, 20 individuals, and 9 projects. Representatives awarded the titles of China Resources Group and China Resources Health "May Fourth Red Flag Youth League Committee" and CR Healthcare "Youth Post Expert" respectively shared their advanced deeds. 

At the Youth Contribution Symposium, Wang Yuexing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of CR Healthcare, had an in-depth exchange with youth representatives on issues such as career development and youth growth and success, listened to their voices, and combined his own experiences to explain the principles of growth and success to the Youth League cadres and young people.

The leader pointed out that, first of all, one must proactively cultivate and refine their learning to firmly uphold the original aspiration of a medical professional and consolidate the foundation for growth. We should balance the relationship between work, life, and family, and master solid skills in your position. We should take the original aspiration as the rudder, diligent learning as the sail, and self-discipline as the anchor to ensure that your faith does not deviate, your abilities do not fall behind, and your life does not go astray. Second, we must proactively hone our core competencies to adapt to the new industry landscape and shoulder the heavy responsibilities of youth. We should view fame, fortune, gains, and losses correctly, break free from the shackles of "self-interest," and cultivate a broad-mindedness that serves the overall situation. We must master the ability to comprehensively digest and absorb information, the capacity for independent and truth-seeking deep thinking, and the courage to be rigorous in tackling tough problems, truly becoming reliable and dependable business backbones who can step up at critical moments. Third, one must actively embrace the tide of the times, make contributions based on one's position, and let youth shine.
