From May 21 to 25, CR Healthcare successfully held second phase of the "Youth Innovation Training Camp" & second intensive training of fourth phase of the Youth Marxist Class and special training for Youth League cadres. A total of 70 participants attended the training, including all students from the "Youth Marxist" class, heads of Youth League organizations from the Supply Chain Management Center and various units, as well as honored individuals and collectives.
We invited renowned current affairs commentator Zhang Bin giving lecture on "National Rejuvenation Under Great Changes: Interpretation of the Spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the '15th Five-Year Plan' National Strategy", which deeply analyzed the current domestic and international situations to help trainees broaden their horizons and enhance their political standing. Professor Hu Guosheng from the School of Marxism at South China Normal University led the trainees of the Youth Marxist Class to study General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thoughts on youth work, combining typical cases to point out the direction for young people to establish themselves and practice medicine, and encouraged them to take on responsibilities and lead them to achieve great things in the new era.
Chen Chaojin, Deputy Chief Physician of the Clinical Research Center of Anesthesiology in Guangdong Province, delivered a lecture titled "Cultivating Innovative Thinking and Abilities for Young Hospital Staff," which guided trainees to break conventional thinking patterns and master practical innovation tools and methods. Li Zhuofeng, Senior Professional Manager of the China Resources Learning and Innovation Center, focused on the theme of "Interpersonal Basic Relationship Orientation," guiding trainees to deeply experience team interaction through situational simulations, effectively training their team collaboration and innovation abilities. Li Yan, Vice President of Guangdong 999 Brain Hospital, and Li Heping, Director of the Intelligent Data Department, respectively shared their experiences in innovation and efficiency improvement based on actual hospital cases, discussing the original intention medical professionals should uphold and the path of proactive change in the AI era.
The Discipline Construction and Innovation Department analyzed the current status of discipline construction and development in light of the external industry environment. The Human Resources Department mapped out paths centered on "Youth Leadership and Growth Development," interpreting the healthy talent cultivation system to provide clear action guidelines for the professional growth of young employees. The Discipline Inspection Office conducted integrity education, using cases to clarify discipline and guiding young cadres to maintain a clean professional foundation. The Party-Mass Work Department offered an application course titled "Effectively Using the Pyramid Principle Bridge the Logic of Thinking, Expressing, and Problem-Solving," incorporating extensive practical exercises to ensure the application of learning. We organized heads of various unit Youth Leagues held a discussion on the concept of political achievements, focusing on the implementation of the three major systems of Youth League work, deeply analyzing existing problems in Youth League work, and proposing solutions and action to fully promote the quality and efficiency of Youth League work.
Practical innovation group discussions during training produced multiple actionable innovative achievements. We organized a visit to the China Resources Archives to review the company's development history and draw inspiration for progress from its red genes. We held book sharing sessions on "Marxism in China" to strengthen ideals and beliefs through the reading of classics.
