From April 18 to 19, CR Healthcare held the first quarter work meeting of 2026 &Smart Health Service Seminar and Special Training Session. More than 200 people attended the meeting, including relevant personnel from the Strategic Management Department of China Resources Group, external directors of CR Healthcare, the management team of CR Healthcare, heads of various departments and the Supply Chain Management Center, as well as management teams and heads of health management centers from member hospitals. Wang Yuexing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, and Gong Dayi, Deputy General Manager, presided over the meeting.
General Manager Zhang Chuang delivered the first quarter of 2026 work report of CR Healthcare. He emphasized that we will center on the "13651" strategy during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, and implement the annual management theme of "transformation and innovation, resilient growth", and focus on solidly promoting the implementation of the three major businesses—comprehensive medical services, smart health services, and derivative health products in the first quarter to accelerate the transformation from "medical" to "health". We will deploy to deeply implement comprehensive medical services, accelerate the layout of smart health services, and prepare for the operation of derivative health products.
CR & WISCOGENERAL HOSPITAL delivered an excellent sharing session on its exploration and practice of operational management paths, AI-empowered medical quality and health supervision, and the achievements of smart hospital operations.
Chairman Yu Hai conveyed the work requirements of China Resources Group and relayed the relevant contents of the "One China Resources" senior management training. He emphasized five points of work. First, the management team should take the initiative to do a good job in internal communication and external coordination. Second, all units should focus on the annual and "15th-Year Plan" goals and tasks, and conduct internal benchmarking analysis. Third, relevant departments and offices should accelerate the improvement of the management system and proactively extend services to hospitals. Fourth, the Supply Chain Management Center and Department of Discipline Construction and Innovation should fully empower, introduce new technologies and new projects, and serve the enhancement of academic capabilities. Fifth, We must firmly establish the mindset of living frugally, and focus on solidifying medical quality, production safety, and medical integrity. We should focus on our goals take concrete actions, and make our due contributions to ensure a good start and a strong beginning for CR Healthcare's "15th Five-Year Plan".
Smart Health Service Seminar
General Manager Zhang Chuang delivered the opening speech. He emphasized that smart health service is an inevitable requirement for implementing the "Healthy China" strategy, an important way to practicing "One China Resources" and serving the Group's employees, and a practical need for the high-quality and sustainable development of CR Healthcare. He also expressed expectations for the seminar. First, we should broaden the strategic vision, benchmark against advanced practices to learn from their experiences, and identify gaps. Second, we should adopt a pragmatic working style, directly confront problems for in-depth, and build consensus. We should embrace smart health deeply, deepen the construction of core competitiveness, and strive to realize the vision of "becoming a first-class health industry group that is trusted the public and a demonstrator of state-owned enterprise medical reform".
The meeting invited Tian Junzhang, Director of the Health Management Research Institute of Guangdong Second People's Hospital, and Pan Yuqiang, Medical Director of the Central Region of Meinian Group, to share their practical experiences in health management. CR & WISCOGENERAL HOSPITAL reported on its exploration achievements in smart health services to provide practical ideas to the high-quality development of the health management business.
The Strategic Operations Department, Discipline Construction and Innovation Department, Investment and Development Department, and Intelligence and Digitalization Department reported their respective business progress in turn, which presented the work achievements of the starting phase of the "15th Five-Year Plan"comprehensively.
The meeting focused on the comprehensive enhancement of smart health service capabilities, conducting group discussions and reporting exchanges. Based on thorough pre-meeting reflections and the insights gained from discussions during the meeting, participants reached a consensus in multiple areas, formulated actionable implementation guidelines, and presented their results on-site, widely exchanging and enriching their perspectives.
The seminar concluded with the theme of "identifying gaps and promoting implementation," and deepened the requirements for the 2026 work deployment, focused on the actual implementation effectiveness of the smart health business, and formed an action plan based on the consensus reached during the meeting discussions by reviewing and analyzing
Chairman Yu Hai delivered the closing speech at the seminar. He emphasized three key work requirements. First, we should identify problems and gaps by benchmarking against advanced practices, and focus on the main directions for improvement. Second, we should build team consensus through thorough discussion and exchange, and anchor the starting point for the next phase of work. Third, we should transform the seminar's outcomes into actionable plans which are centered on achieving strategic goals, with a focus on ensuring implementation. Special Training on Smart Health Services
During the training, the Health Management Subcommittee delivered a work report and held a ceremony for the establishment of the Nursing Working Group. Professor Ma Mao, Director the Health Medicine Department at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University, shared "Health Examination, Assessment, and Health Guidance". Zhang Qing, Director of the Health Medical Center at Tianjin Medical University General Hospital, analyzed "Basic Skills and Processes of Health Guidance"; and Meng Fanwei, Standing Committee Member of the Physician Group Branch of the China Non-Government Medical Institutions Association, shared "Construction Experience of the Diabetes and Obesity Reversal Center".
Focusing on improving service quality, the Strategic Operations Department explained the "Construction of the Service Management System for the Health Management Center", Beijing Aerospace General Hospital detailed the "7S Management of the Service Environment for the Health Management Center", and Liu Yaquan, Director of the Nursing Department of Meinian Group's Wuhan Metropolitan Area, conducted practical training on service etiquette.
The training promoted learning through assessment with on-site evaluation sessions. It combined theory with practical operations, and guided growth through learning. We submited a passing answer to the special training, and layed the foundation for the cultivation of health management talents and contributed to the enhancement of CR Healthcare's smart health management!
