On February 5, CR Healthcare held its 2026 work conference. A group of four experts from CR Group's Strategic Management Department, directors Shi Feng and Fang Xin of CR Healthcare, leaders of the CR Healthcare management team, heads of various departments and supply chain management centers, and management teams of member hospitals, over 200 people in total, attended the meeting. Deputy Secretary-General Wang Yuexing presided over the meeting and conveyed the spirit of CR Group’s 2026 work conference.

General Manager Zhang Chuang delivered the work report of CR Healthcare in 2026. He emphasized that CR Healthcare's "1361" strategy for the 15th Five-Year Plan and we will focus on promoting comprehensive medical services, smart health services, and derivative health products, accelerating the transformation from "medicine to "health". He clarified that the annual management theme for 2026 is "Transformation, Innovation, and Resilient Growth", and deployed ten key works for the year.

The group strategy management experts have put forward three aspects of suggestions including optimizing resource allocation, focusing on subject construction, and deepening the synergy with the groups health business units, which provides guidance for optimizing the strategy and clarifying the direction.

Chairman Yu Hai delivered the closing speech, put forward three aspects of work opinions, and made specific requirements for the work of 2026. The company should be confident, work hard and go all out to complete all the goals and tasks of 2026. First, we need to change our ideological and accelerate the transformation from "medical" to "health" business. Second, we need to focus on the annual goals and tasks to achieve stable growth, strong specialty, high-service and efficiency improvement. Third, we need to deepen "four reshapes" continuously and achieve the bottom-line inward-looking. We would resolutely win the battle of the of the "15th Five-Year Plan".
