On March 19th, a group of senior management from the CR Group, led by Deputy General Manager Han Yuewei, visited CR and WISCO General Hospital for research. The Chairman of CR Healthcare, Song Qing, and Deputy General Manager Wu Xinchun, along with the leadership team of CR and WISCO General Hospital accompanied the research visit.
Han Yuewei visited the new comprehensive emergency building, the outpatient hall, the standardized vascular aging management center (VMC), the remote ultrasound center, the one-stop service center of Runxin, and the traditional Chinese medicine clinic. They learned about the hospital's human history, academic, and convenient services, watched the demonstration of AI artificial intelligence application scenarios, and fully affirmed the hospital's active exploration of multi-modal technology integration and innovation, and vigorous construction of a new smart hospital.
At the symposium, Han Yuewei listened to the work report of the overall of the Wuhan regional hospital, discussed the new situation, new tasks and new requirements of the current medical industry development with the participants, and exchanged views on the problems, challenges and the future development plan.
Song Qing pointed out there are great room for reform and development for Wuhan regional hospitals. It is necessary to always adhere to the leadership of the Party, Strengthen the construction of the Party, firmly grasp the principle of public welfare hospital management, take the regional integration construction as the key, continuously consolidate and deepen the four reshapes, take the correct path of high-quality development unshakably, and ensure the smooth closing of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and a good start of the "15th Five-Year Plan".
Han Yuewei said that the hospital has shown a sustained upward trend of development. It is necessary to rely on the strong strength of CR Group , based on its own strength, to build and strive to become the flagship brand of the group.
Han Yuewei stressed that the hospital should first strengthen regional disciplinary synergy, continuously explore the characteristics and advantages of disciplines, enhance clinical scientific research, promote disciplinary progress through scientific and technological research and development, and create more influential disciplinary centers within the group system. Secondly, it is necessary to continuously explore new models of smart medical, and strive to become a benchmark and example for the medical and health industry of CR and even CR Group in the innovation and application of new artificial intelligence technologies. Thirdly, we should adhere to the "people-oriented" principle, pay attention to talent training and introduction, care about the growth and health of employees, play a good role in performance incentives ,and provide more benefits and security for employees, and effectively stimulate the endogenous motivation of the hospital.
