On January 16, CR Healthcare held its 2025 Work Conference on Party Affairs. The external directors, management team, and heads of departments of CR Healthcare, the management teams of member units, a total of 187 people, participated in the meeting online or offline.

Deputy Secretary Zhang Chuang delivered the work report on Party building for 2025. He Deployed the work of Party building for 2025. It  required us to aim to effectively implement the management theme of "Deepening structural reform and continuously improving quality and efficiency", and to lead and guarantee the sprint the "14th Five-Year Plan" goals and the comprehensive promotion of deep reform with high-quality Party building.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Yu Hai chaired the meeting and launched the visual identity system of the Runxin Party Construction Brand. He pointed out that the Runxin Party Construction Brand is a service-oriented Party Construction Brand painstakingly created by the Party Committee of CR Healthcare. The release of brand visual identity system marks that the Runxin Party Construction has entered a new stage of systematic, standardized and branded development. All levels of Party organizations should fully promote the standardized construction of Runxin Party Construction Brand, and comprehensively promote the brand image shaping of the CR Healthcare Group.It is expected to complete the leap-forward improvement of the hospital style and appearance in one year, and to empower the rapid development of the business. 

Secretary of the Party Committee, Song Qing, conveyed the spirit of the Party work conference of China Resources and made a summary speech on the theme "Promoting Stability with Progress, System Integration, and High-Quality Party Leadership to Deepen Structural Reform". Song Qing pointed out that all Party and cadres should gather their strength under the guidance of high-quality Party leadership, firmly grasp the strategic positioning of state-owned enterprises in the construction of a new development pattern, be firm reform advocates and powerful actors. We should comprehensively promote the sprint to the "14th Five-Year Plan" goals and deepen structural reform, and continuously improve and efficiency.

First, we must scientifically grasp the dialectical relationship between "advancing" and "maintaining stability", and deeply understand the importance of Party-building leading deepening of structural reform. Second, we must focus on the greatest common divisor between "system" and "integration", and ensure that structural reform is implemented and effective. Third, we must continue to improve the comprehensive supervision system, and use high-quality Party-building to prevent risks and strengthen protection.

At the meeting, the Beijing Aerospace General Hospital, Tie Fa Coal Group General Hospital, Ruzhou Hospital, Shanghai Waterway Hospital, and Lianyi Company made-site annual work reports on party building. Song Qing commented on them, and put forward the requirements.  Song Qing on behalf of CR Healthcare, signed the 2025 Party Building Responsibility Letter with the Party Committee Secretaries of the members.
