October 30, 2024, CR Healthcare held its third-quarter working meeting. More than 300 people attended the meeting. They are directors of CR Healthcare, members of the management team, heads of various departments, management teams of key member hospitals. The meeting was chaired by deputy general manager Zhang Chuang.
The strategic operation department gave the report of strategic work and the operational analysis. The Finance Department gave the report of financial analysis. The Department of Discipline Construction and innovation reported on the work of discipline and innovation.
Shi Feng, the external director, gave fully affirmed the achievements of CR Healthcare. She hoped that CR Healthcare would follow up on the target tasks, strengthen the implementation of responsibilities, and do a good job in risk prevention control, so as to make every effort to ensure the realization of the annual performance goals.
The vice chairman and general manager Yu Hai conveyed the spirit of the third quarter work meeting of CR in 2024, reviewed CR Healthcare' third quarter's business performance, core capability building, distinctive businesses, and project progress, and put forward requirements for the fourth quarter's work. First, we should comprehensively improve management efficiency and fully accomplish the annual work goals. Second, we should proceed with high-quality development in a down-to-earth manner, and do a good job in the business development plan for 2025. Third, we should further deepen reform and create a medical business model with CR characteristics. Fourth, we should strengthen risk control, adhere to the bottom line of safety and risk compliance. Fifth, we should improve the system of strict governance of the Party, and deepen and implement the rectification of inspection findings.
Chairman Song Qing delivered the closing remarks and made arrangements for the next key tasks. First, we would steadily advance the work of the fourth quarter, continue to focus on structural transformation and cost reduction and efficiency enhancement, maintain the work pace of first three quarters, and firmly adhere to the annual work goals without relaxation. Second, we should lay a solid foundation for the hospital's "15th Five-Year" development, maintain investment in software and hardware, and continue to efforts in discipline construction, medical quality, patient service, intelligent and refined management, etc., to lay a foundation for the hospital's long-term sustainable development. Third, we would increase investment in safety, carry out thorough investigation and rectification of potential safety hazards, resolutely prevent and curb the occurrence major and especially serious accidents, and ensure the smooth and stable operation of medical services.
