November 22 to 26, Beijing, CR Healthcare“Future New Energy” dean and outstanding young cadres class opening ceremony and Peking University medical joint training held successfully.

On the afternoon of the 22nd, more than 200 people attended the opening ceremony, which is including, vice chairman and general manager Yu Hai, deputy General Manager Zhang Chuang, management teams of the member units, and 79 students of the class.

Yu delivered the first class on the topic of“The mid-term review of CR Healthcare’14th five-year plan”. CR Healthcare would focus on the vision of “becoming the Leading domestic healthcare industry group and a reform leader of state-owned enterprise healthcare sector” and “13651” new strategic plan to promote strategic initiatives, strive to achieve strategic goals. At the same time, Yu also proposed to the students“be faithful, grow ability, dare to act, keep the bottom line, and strive to grow into a useful, able to bear the responsibility of the pillars of talent”.

Zhang Chuang presided over the opening ceremony of the class and introduced the overall arrangement of the class. The project cycle is one year. There will be four intensive offline training sessions and some online courses on political literacy and corporate culture, strategic thinking, business understanding, organizational skills and leadership. The students are required to study hard and apply what they have learned to play a greater role in the development of the hospital.

At last, Yu Hai, Zhang Chuang and the students exchanged views on the development of hospital operation, regional integration and the construction of talent team.

From November 23 to 26, CR Healthcare organized the first intensive training for the class with Peking University Health Science Center. On the morning of the 23rd, a joint training ceremony was held. Yu Hai, Zhang Chuang, deputy director of the Peking University Health Science Center, Duan Liping, and Zhang Juan, Executive Dean of the School of Continuing Education of Peking University, attended the ceremony. The two sides exchanged views on future cooperation.

Liu Yucun, former Deputy Party Secretary of Peking University and Party Secretary of the Ministry of Medicine, Jin Changxiao, Party Secretary of Peking University Third Hospital, and experts and teachers from the National Health Commission and the state-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission gave lectures about some topics, such as culture and connotation construction of hospital, modern hospital operation and management, high-quality hospital development, the construction of medical consortia, the interpretation of medical insurance policy, the construction of state-owned medical enterprises,  the capacity building of special departments, and etc..

The training also arranged for students to the Third Hospital of Peking University site visits and exchange of learning. It arranged the students' training homework. The students should carry out action learning around four major research topics, such as high-quality development of state-owned hospitals, modern hospital management, construction of regional medical consortia, and discipline construction, and put forward solutions and action plans.

 “Future new energy” dean and outstanding young cadres class aims to train loyal ,clean and responsible high-quality, complex cadre teams. The HR department will organize the whole process and give multi-dimensional trainings, and strive to achieve practical results.
