July 18, 2023, CR Healthcare held a six-month working meeting. The Strategic Operation Department gave the report of the strategic work and the Operation Analysis. The Finance Department gave the report of the financial analysis. The discipline construction and the innovation department gave the report of the discipline and the innovation work. Shi Feng, and Liu Hongzhi, who are the external director of CR Healthcare,  and Deng Ronghui, who is the Deputy General Manager of Strategy Department of CR Group, made comments on CR Healthcare's operation in the first half of the year. They fully affirmed the achievements, and hoped that CR Healthcare can implement the results of the 14th five-year plan, make a positive response on the medical policy and macro-economy on business development, strengthen Scientific and technological innovation, tamp down the construction of core capacity, strengthen risk prevention and control, make reasonable investment in M & A, and promote the healthy and high-quality development of CR Healthcare.

Song Qing, Chairman of CR Healthcare make plans for the second half of the Year. we should play a good role in the operation of capital and do a good job in the follow-up promotion of aerospace program. We should strengthen innovation and speed up the refinement and implementation of the IT project. We also would further deepen organizational change and increase risk control in work safety. We would strengthen the promotion of inspection and rectification, strengthen the implementation of the supervisory system , and further do a good job theme education activities.

In his closing speech, Han Yuewei, vice general manager of CR Group, fully affirmed the achievements made by CR Healthcare in the first half of the year, and put forward seven requirements for the next step. We should comprehensively carry out thematic education, grasp the spiritual essence and do a good job of implementation, and achieve good results. Second, we will make solid progress in the mid-term review of the 14th five-year plan, implement the four redesigns, and push forward the implementation of the 14th five-year plan.
