July 17, 2023,CR Healthcare held the“14th five-year plan” strategy mid-term seminar and Thematic Education Research Results Seminar in Shenyang.
Yu Hai, vice chairman and general manager of the company, took everyone to study High-quality development of state-owned enterprises from the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and other articles. He stressed that the leading cadres should study the original language and clarify the principles, persistently guide their work in the spirit of the important speeches and instructions given by General Secretary XI. He called on everyone to promote their work by learning and deepen their implementation around the“Four remoulds”, promote the healthy and high-quality development of CR healthcare.
Guided by the“Four remoulds”, the seminar conducted a structured discussion to reach a consensus on the value orientation of CR Healthcare. It focused on the problems in the implementation of the first half of the 14th five-year plan strategy. We discussed the next step of planning and landing measures of the main business development model, innovative business exploration direction, intelligent planning, organizational and spiritual remodeling. Finally,we formed a preliminary strategy.
The leader of Strategic Management Department from CR Group and the External Directors of CR Healthcare commented on the symposium respectively, and affirmed the theme design, atmosphere and outcome of the symposium. They made work suggestions about subject development, business development, digital construction and organizational personnel and others.
Chairman Song Qing said in his closing speech that we should fully recognize the significance of the mid-term review of the 14th five-year plan strategy and implement strategic planning with high quality. He emphasized that in the aspect of value remolding, we should orientate the“Great National Livelihood”, stick to the attribute of medical public welfare, strengthen intension construction, focus on key strategic measures and do a good job of decomposition and implementation. In the aspect of business reengineering, we should further define the development path of regional hospitals and special hospitals, strengthen the construction of subjects, strengthen the level of services and IT, and optimize the resource allocation and management mechanism. In the aspect of organization reconstruction, we should strengthen the promotion of regional integration, do well the management of people and property, and form the directional measures to enhance the organization ability. In the aspect of spiritual remoulding, we should deepen the theme education, strengthen the leadership of the party construction, do well in the integration of the party construction and business, and promote the development of high quality.
In the mid-to-late period of the 14th five-year plan, CR Healthcare will deepen the implementation of the“Four remoulds”, continue to strengthen the cultural coherence with strategic organizations, and resolutely push forward the implementation of strategic measures. We will work hard to achieve the goal of the“14th five-year plan”.
