April 18, 2023, CR Healthcare held the first-quarter business working meeting.
The strategic operations department, the Finance Department and the Discipline Construction and innovation department made the first quarter strategic and operational analysis report, Financial Analysis Report, Discipline and innovation report respectively. Zhang Bing, president of General Hospital of Mining Industry Group Fuxin, shared the hospital's high-quality development experience under the theme of “Tackling the challenges of reform”, which provided a good example for other hospitals.
Director Guo Jinqing spoke highly of the achievements, and suggested that we should focused on core competitiveness building, such as regional competitiveness, organizational capacity building, Discipline building, patient service, talent echelon construction and others. We should improve quality and efficiency by the systematic operation. We should tried hard to complete the mid-term review of the 14th five-year plan.
Li Haitang affirmed the achievements of CR Healthcare in the first quarter, and emphasized the importance of improving management capacity. He also affirmed the management thinking of regional integration, and defined the development path of discipline capacity-building. He hoped that CR Healthcare would carry out the mid-term review of the 14th five-year plan and continue to bring greater value to CR in the tide of reform of China's health care system.

We should firmly implement the group's“1246” strategic plan, do a good job of the four reshaping, and achieve results in the strategic review and implementation of the strategy. We should focus on the development of science and technology, do a good job in personnel training and resource allocation to tamp the foundation of sustainable high-quality development of the hospital. We should continue to implement regional integration management. The platform and leading hospitals should promote the development of subjects, patient services and other core competitiveness of regional hospitals in a row. We should strengthen the capacity building of IT, and implement the requirements of group intelligent digitization planning. We should speed up the implementation of group management and professional management systems. We should fully study the external environment and internal situation, promote the extension of M & A projects actively and steadily. We also should explore the landing and deepening of health care business.
