April 15, 2022, CR Healthcare held the first quarter business working meeting. It reviewed the operating situation of the first quarter and deployed the second quarter priorities.

The finance department, Strategic Operations Department and Discipline Construction and innovation department gave report on work of the first quarter.

The Strategic Operation Department introduced the work plan of the Regional Hospital High Quality Development Project, and officially launched the Project of Regional Hospital High Quality Development. Zhu Ruiwu, and Li Raomei, on behalf of the first batch of pilot hospitals, reported on the work ideas of project construction.

Director Guo Jinqing thanked and highly appreciated the efforts made by member hospitals in fighting the epidemic and assisting the affected areas. The Leaders of CR Healthcare fully affirmed achievements of hospitals and gave constructive suggestions to departments.

Chairman Song Qing made a closing statement. Song stressed that the next stage we should continue to focus on the implementation of the 2022 business plan, focus on 7 key tasks, such as continuous cost reduction and efficiency improvement, deepening organizational change, and etc.. While doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control, we should actively look for business focus points to resolve and optimize the impact of the normalization of epidemic situation on operation.

CR Healthcare will take this quarterly meeting as an opportunity, and  take implementing the spirit of Chairman Song Qing's important speech as the top priority of follow-up work. We will comprehensively carry out the annual operating work plan and strategic key tasks in the second quarter, and make further efforts to achieve better results.
