January 17, 2022, CR Healthcare held the 2022 annual working meeting in the form of live and video. With the theme of “Deepening organizational restructuring, continuous cost reduction and efficiency enhancement”, the meeting comprehensively summarized the achievements of CR Healthcare in 2021 and made arrangements for 2022. The meeting was presided over by Yu Hai, vice chairman. Yu conveyed the spirit and work requirements of China Resources Group annual working meeting.
Chairman Song Qing made everyone know the CR Healthcare's 2022 business plan. The Company has fully met its annual performance targets, including turnover, revenue and net profit. All of them exceeded the group's budget targets. Song deployed key strategic initiatives and budget targets.
Relative departments reported on the discipline construction, EHSQ work, financial work, and organizational restructuring work.
On behalf of CR Healthcare, Song signed 2022 performance contracts with 12 member hospitals, including Guangdong 999 brain hospital, and etc..
Han Yuewei,Vice general manager of CR,made a closing statement. Han fully acknowledged the achievements and put forward five requirements for 2022. We should promote the implementation of the 14th five-year plan strategy to become a leader in reform of state-owned hospitals. Second, we should implement the requirements of “Steady progress to achieve high-quality development”. Third, we should adhere to high-quality development and improve the ability to control investment risks. Fourth, we will continue to increase internal coordination and work together to make it stronger, better and bigger. Fifthly, we should train and bring talents in the field of subjects, especially the young talents.
