On February 4th, CR Healthcare held the 2021 EHSQ work video conference. More than 200 persons in charge of management teams and departments from CR Healthcare, CR healthcare of Liaoning, CR healthcare of jiangxi, Hangzhou Rundi Company, CR healthcare of Zhuhai, Runchuan Company, Runyuan Company and its member hospitals attended the conference. The conference set up 20 video venue, presided over by vice chairman Yu Hai.
Chairman Song Qing affirmed the EHSQ work of CR Healthcare, expressed his gratitude to the comrades in the position of EHSQ, and put forward four suggestions. First, we should improve our understanding and strengthen our responsibility. Second，we should improve the system construction to build solid foundation management. Third, we need to make concrete and detailed efforts to prevent and control the epidemic. Fourth, we must continue to make efforts to improve management in an all-round way.
Vice Chairman Yu Hai conveyed the spirit of the national work safety teleconference, EHS conference of CR and the meeting of managers of CR in 2021 on epidemic prevention and control and EHS, and put forward the requirements for the next step.
Pan Yuming, vice general manager of CR healthcare of Liaoning announced the establishment and appointment of the first members of the quality management committee of CR healthcare of Liaoning. Gong Dayi, General Manager of CR Healthcare's Medical Management Department, reported the implementation of the tasks assigned at the EHSQ meeting on December 18, 2020, and analyzed the existing problems and the situation we faced. Li Gaohua, vice president of Fushun Mining Bureau General Hospital, shared the whole process management of hospital safety work from four aspects of "new standards, complete organization, practical training and detailed inspection". Wang Zhilu, vice president of Benxi Iron and Steel General Hospital, introduced the hospital's experience and practices in epidemic prevention and control from the three aspects of "basic quality, scientific prevention and control and precise implementation". Sun Huaiyu, vice president of General Hospital of Tieling Coal Industry Group, shared the experience of hospital infection control management from the aspects of infection control index trend, occupational exposure, endoscopic cleaning, hand hygiene, etc.
Finally, Vice Chairman Yu Hai put forward three work arrangements on the implementation of the meeting spirit. First, we should quickly convey and earnestly study and implement the meeting spirit. Second，member hospitals must organize a "look back" inspection on production safety and epidemic prevention and control in the region before the Spring Festival. Third, all departments of the headquarters, platform companies and member hospitals should strengthen emergency duty and information reporting.
