On February 1, 2021, CR Healthcare and CSSC-GZ held a signing ceremony about responsibility handover agreement of management subject of medical and nursing institutions in Guangzhou. The management responsibility of Guangzhou Shipyard Staff Hospital, Huangpu Shipyard Staff Hospital and Guangzhou Shipyard nursing home is Guangzhou Runchuan Healthcare Management Co., Ltd.  Under the witness of Song Qing, chairman of CR Healthcare, and Han Guangde, chairman of CSSC-GZ, Liu Ju, assistant general manager of CR Healthcare, and Zhou Qing, deputy general manager of CSSC-GZ, signed the handover agreement on behalf of both parties.

The handover signing is an important step for both sides to jointly implement the national requirement of deepening reform on stripping the social functions of state-owned enterprises and deepening the medical institutions run by state-owned enterprises, implement the strategic deployment of cooperation between the two groups in the field of medical care and elderly care. It is also a good allocation of resources and industrial structure for both.

　At the signing ceremony, Chairman Song Qing expressed his gratitude to CSSC-GZ and warmly welcomed the three companies to join CR Healthcare. At the same time, Song Qing put forward requests. First, we need to continue to deepen reform and establish a "three energy" mechanism to better attract and retain outstanding talents. Second, we should strengthen management and clarify the development direction of hospital business, community health, health management and medical and nursing integration to enhance the core competitiveness.
