On January 19, 2021, the EHS conference of CR was held at the headquarters of CR in Shenzhen. Wang Yana, the head nurse of the 1st Ward of Neurology Department of Benxi Iron and Steel General Hospital  was awarded the "Outstanding EHS Award -- Star of Contribution" by CR.

After the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic in early 2020, Wang Yana, as one of the 12 medical personnel of the first medical team of CR Healthcare of Liaoning, went to Wuhan Caidian District People's Hospital for support on January 26, the second day of the first year of the Chinese New Year. Wang Yana served as the first interim party branch secretary and leader of the first medical team of Hubei. After arrived caidian district people's hospital, Wang Yana comrade rapidly to CR Healthcare of Liaoning's medical "6s" management applied in the resistance to disease. With "6s" management in a hospital in the practice of cultivation of professional quality, rich experience in clinical nursing management, together with all the medical workers, Wang Yana partitioning the room environment and organizing members field training and drills, to ensure that the players get effective protection, build a sense of prevention and control line。At the same time, through the continuous strengthening of the standardization of wearing and removing isolation clothing process, the "6S" management of sorting, rectification, cleaning, standardization, accomplishment and safety is applied to daily life and practical work, effectively ensuring the safe and efficient completion of nursing work. In addition, she also led the team members to strictly abide by the rules and regulations and the nursing work process, and strictly implemented the hospital sense work with high standards in the work to ensure that all the medical team members completed the supporting tasks with "zero infection" outstanding results. In the 55 days of fighting in Wuhan, Wang Yana's nursing team successfully treated more than 300 patients, fully demonstrated the spirit of CR Healthcare's people in the process of fighting the epidemic in Wuhan, and handed over a qualified answer to CR.
