CR Healthcare held its annual meeting of 2021

On January 12, the 2021 annual working conference of CR Healthcare was held by video. More than 130 people attended the meeting, including the management teamheads of various departments of CR Healthcare, management teams of CR Liaoning Healthcare , CR Healthcare (Jiangxi) Company, Runchuan Company and major member hospitals.

At the meeting, Chairman Song Qing made the publicity and implementation of CR Healthcare's business plan for 2021, and Assistant General Manager Liu Ju read the financial budget of CR Healthcare for 2021. Next, Chairman Song Qing, on behalf of CR Healthcare, signed the performance contract of 2021 with CR Liaoning Platform, CR Jiangxi Platform, Fushun Mining Bureau General Hospital, Benxi Iron and Steel General Hospital, General Hospital of Fuxin Mining Bureau, General Hospital of Tiefa Coal Industry Group, and Pingxiang Mining General Hospital respectively.

In the afternoon, the meeting arranged best management practice sharing. director of the patient service center of Guangdong 999 Brain Hospital Zhang Wenchun shared patient service practice based on patient needs. President of Benxi Iron and Steel General Hospital Pan Yuming shared Lean Management Experience of Hospital. Executive Director of CR JCI Research Institute Li Zhong shared Quality Management of Group Hospitals.

Vice Chairman Yu Hai of CR Healthcare made a speech to close the meeting. He put forward three requirements. First, all departments and member units should pay close attention to the re-decomposition and re-implementation of the performance contract in 2021. Second, all hospitals, especially the First class A hospitals, should pay attention to the summary of key work experience such as patient service system and discipline construction, select and share more within the group, give play to the advantages of the group, and achieve common improvement and progress. Third, all departments and member units should share the meeting content, meeting requirements and cases to each employee, so that employees can understand the CR Healthcare's vision and goals during "14th Five-Year Plan", business plan and performance contract of 2021, and the management tools and corporate culture of CR.  We should unite as one, steadfastly complete each work to promote the realization of the annual performance target.
