On November 19, 2020, CR Healthcare and CR Medical held the second "13th Five-Year plan" strategic review and "14th Five-year Plan" strategic planning briefing meeting in Shenzhen. More than 40 people attended the meeting, including Wang Chuncheng, deputy general manager of CR Group, relevant professional principals of strategy department, Human Resources Department, Financial Department, Audit department, Regulation Department, Intelligence and Information Department and EHS Department of the group, management team and head of the headquarters department of CR healthcare and CR Medical, and Presidents of major hospitals.
At the meeting, CR Healthcare and CR Medical reported the "13th Five-Year" review and reflection and the "14th five-year" plan. The report is problem-oriented and analyzes the changes in the policy environment, industry status, competitors and our own development of the medical service industry during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. Problems existing at all levels during the 13th Five-Year Plan period are put forward and corresponding strategies are formulated. The report also puts forward a preliminary thinking on the "14th five-Years" strategic planning.
After listening to the report, all the participating departments of CR Group made comments respectively. The main leaders of CR Healthcare and CR Medical made reflections on the implementation of the strategy during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.
Wang Chuncheng spoke the spirit of the fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and the proposal of the CPC Central Committee on formulating the 14th Five-year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-term goal of the 2035, and commented on report of the "13th Five-Year" review and reflection and the "14th five-year" plan.
He stressed that the fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and the Proposal have a profound spiritual connotation and long-term vision, which is providing us with guidance and fundamental compliance for all our work in the future. CR Healthcare and CR Medical should earnestly study and implement the spirit of the fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and the guiding spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's reply to CR, further deepen strategic review, and scientifically formulate strategic planning.
He demanded that CR Healthcare and CR Medical should have the courage to shoulder responsibilities, and to further strengthen the problem orientation. We should have the courage to turn the knife edge inward and continue to dig into the root of the problem from various aspects such as strategy, organization, culture and management, make detailed and practical reviews and reflections, so as to ensure that the root of the problem is identified and the "prescription" is prescribed.
Two units should lead by the spirit of fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and the general Xi's important instructions to further improve the political stance, strengthen historical responsibility and mission. Against the backdrop of the country's comprehensive modernization drive, we should actively seize the strategic opportunity for enterprise development orientation, comprehensively strengthen internal integration and promote organization together, strive to make CR's medical and health industry stronger and better, and promote CR's health industry to achieve high quality development in the future.
