On August 29, the signing ceremony of the strategic reorganization agreement between CR Healthcare and Liaoning SASAC about Liaoning Health Industry Group was solemnly held in Shenfu New District. The signing ceremony was presided over by Wang Yongwei, deputy secretary-general of the Liaoning Provincial Government. Some leaders attended the signing ceremony, such as Cui Fenglin(deputy governor of Liaoning Provincial People's Government), Li Wei(director of Liaoning State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission), Lian Maojun(director of Liaoning Shenfu New District Management Committee), Song Qing(chairman of CR Healthcare),Han Yuewei(general manager of CR Healthcare),of Liaoning Health, and Yu Hai( chairman of LHIG), and etc..
This cooperation is the implementation of the strategic cooperation agreement signed between CR Group and Liaoning Province on July 16.The reorganization is a key project of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government to promote the reform of equity ownership of provincial state-owned enterprises and introduce external investors for strategic reorganization. The signing of this agreement marks the formal entry of China Resources Health Northeast Regional Headquarters in Shenfu New District.
Founded in july 2018,LHIG is a provincial state-owned enterprise directly approved and supervised by the provincial SASAC and the provincial government. It is the only provincial health industry platform built on the basis of integrating all provincial state-owned enterprise medical institutions in the province. There are more than 30 affiliated medical institutions with a total of 10,193 open beds, and annual medical income has exceeded 3 billion.
The reorganization of LHIG has laid a solid foundation for CR Healthcare to officially enter Liaoning and lay out the Northeast health industry. The two sides will realize a strong alliance, use complementary advantages to layout of the entire industry chain in the field of big health, innovative mechanisms and systems, and jointly create a model for the reform of state-owned enterprise medical institutions to help Liaoning's big health industry become stronger and better and contribute to revitalization of Liaoning.
