On August 13, 2018, Fu Yuning(chairman of CR Group), Wang Xiliang, (mayor of Kunming) , Song Qing( chairman of CR Healthcare) and other leaders visited the qianxing district of Kunming Children's Hospital for investigation. Zhang Tiesong(Director), Yang Jiayi(Secretary of the party committee), Guan Huabo(Administrative Vice President) and hospital leadership team members accompanied the investigation.
 
The investigation was chaired by Song Qing(Chairman of CR Healthcare). On behalf of the hospital, Zhang Tiesong reported the hospital's achievements in the past six years, existing problems and the work plan for the next step, and he also expressed the expectations for CR Group and government of Kunming. Song Qing(chairman of CR Healthcare) provided ideas on deepening cooperation with the government and made clear the strategic plan of advancing hospital construction. Wang Xiliang(Mayor of Kunming) put forward strategic opinions and suggestions on the cooperation between the two sides and the planning of the hospital. Fu Yuning ,Chairman of CR Group highly affirmed the development of the hospital and gave important instructions on the further development of the hospital.
 
On the basis of Kunming Children's Hospital has been approved to be the "Yunnan children's medical center", CR Group and Government of Kunming agreed that the two sides should continue to strengthen cooperation and overcome difficulties to speed up the development of the hospital. Both sides should make efforts to forge the hospital, which is based in Kunming, facing the whole province, radiating to South Asia, southeast Asia, regional and international, and so as to make greater contribution for children's health.
