On October 25, 2018,,Fu Yuning(Chairman of the CR Group) met with Yasunaga(President of Mitsui & Co., Ltd.) and his entourage, and the two sides held cordial talks on further strengthening strategic cooperation and signed a strategic cooperation memorandum. The two sides also witnessed the signing of the memorandum of strategic cooperation between CR Healthcare and Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and PHC Holdings Corporation.
 
Fu Yuning(chairman of CR Group) welcomed the visit of the Yasunaga(President of Mitsui & Co., Ltd.) and his entourage, and briefly reviewed the past cooperation between CR Group and Mitsui & Co., Ltd.. Fu Yuning pointed out that both sides are concerned about the big health field, and CR Group hope that both sides can expand cooperation in the medical and health field in the future through diversified ways,such as private equity.
 
Yasunaga(President of Mitsui & Co., Ltd.) said that the two companies have a lot of similarities in development strategies and business areas, and have years of successful friendly cooperation experience in the CR Power' Hezhou project. He hope the two sides can expand the cooperation scope to other areas, such as medical treatment and consumer products.
 
After the talks, Fu Yuning(chairman of CR Group) and Yasunaga(President of Mitsui & Co., Ltd.) signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation on behalf of the two companies. At the same time, the representatives of CR Healthcare, Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and PHC Holdings Corporation jointly signed the memorandum of strategic cooperation about health industry.
