On the morning of December 2, 2017, the "2017 Hainan (Hong Kong) Investment Promotion Conference" was held in the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center,which was hosted by Hainan Provincial People's Government. The meeting was hosted by Li Guoliang, who is vice governor of Hainan Provincial People's Government.Lv Yong(Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce)introduced investment situation in Hainan Province,and Hainan Provincial Planning Commission recommended the medical and health industry.Finally, Shen Xiaoming( Governor of Hainan Provincial People's Government) made concluding remarks.He said Hainan welcome enterprises to invest to achieve win-win situation.
Subsequently, under the testimony of Shen Xiaoming（the governor of Hainan）,Li Guoliang（vice governor）and other provincial and municipal government leaders, the cooperation project between CR Healthcare and Haikou Municipal People's Government, which is one of the projects, was  respectively signed by Zhang baomin（executive vice chairman of CR Healthcare）and Ni Qiang（Mayor of Haikou）.
In line with the relevant laws and regulations of the state and medical reform policies,both parties will jointly explore ways to promote the reform of HKDSYY,HKDSYY and other medical institutions by various cooperation and co-construction models such as the ROT model.Based on that and the needs of regional medical and health development,we should explore various cooperation modes and provide different types of medical and health services to meet the diverse medical and health needs of the people.
