China Resources Healthcare Company Ltd. (CR Healthcare) released the 2015 CR Healthcare Corporate Social Responsibility Report on September 19, 2016. This was the third consecutive year for the group to disclose its performance in fulfilling its corporate social responsibilities (CSRs) to the public in an independent report. The report revealed the group’s major CSR moves in 2015 from the perspectives of company profile, responsibility management, corporate governance, innovative development, employee responsibility, quality service, government responsibility, community involvement, etc.
In 2015, CR Healthcare took it as its mission to increase the supply of medical services and satisfy the masses’ needs for multi-layer, diversified healthcare; encouraged its member hospitals to set up an operating mechanism which was intended to protect the public interest, get fully motivated and seek for sustainable development; nailed down the CSR development plan aimed to build a harmonious society for the 13th five-year plan period; launched a host of well-spirited events including the “Running Angle” program as a part of its CSR fulfillment; and put patients at the heart, helped them fight against diseases, and organized medical social workers as volunteers to offer patients and medical personnel with psychological counseling.
As the Chinese healthcare reform goes deeper, CR Healthcare, the pioneer, explorer and practitioner of the reform, will continue holding gratitude in mind and staying true to the commitment to giving back to the society.
