On August 27, China Resources Healthcare Group Co., Ltd. officially issued the 2014 CR Healthcare Social Responsibility Report. It is the second year when CR Healthcare disclosed the enterprises’ work situation in social responsibility performance to social sectors in the form of independent report, the report comprehensively introduced CR Healthcare’s important initiatives taken in social responsibility performance in 2014 from eight aspects, including, company profile, responsibility management, quality service, management improvement, creative development, employee obligation, media relation and public charities.
In 2014, CR Healthcare positively explored the construction of a regional hospital joint venture to boost branch construction in regions with weak medical resources under the leadership of existing mature regional hospitals. CR harmoniously developed an interest-based relationship between medical institutions and public health through cooperation and an extension of existing medical resources, strengthened industry cooperation and co-creation to improve medical counterpart support, actively undertook teaching and research tasks, established and improved a disease management system, medical training system, and patient service and care system, persisted in response to emergent public health events, performed rescue responsibilities, introduced CR Group’s advanced EHS management system, vigorously developed a public welfare program, charitable donations, etc. to bear social responsibility through a sense of ownership, promoted responsibility performance levels with practical actions, and played an exemplary role in the medical industry.
Presently, there is a wide-open space for the promotion of social responsibility in China’s medical industry. With the rapid development of CR Healthcare, it will continually extend its connotations and denotations of social responsibility, positively explore the construction and practice of medical health service group social responsibility systems in this new stage, and lead the direction of medical reform towards the fight for establishing a world-class medical health service group under the guidance of responsibility.
