On the afternoon of July 31, 2015, a Signing Ceremony for a Talent Training Strategic Cooperation Agreement between Peking University School of Distance Learning for Medical Education and CR Healthcare Group was carried out in the Conference Center at Peking University Health Science Center. Leaders who attended the signing ceremony include: Peking University Health Science Center Deputy Director Li Ying, Peking University Health Science Center Director of Domestic Cooperation and Industry Office Wu Wenhan, Peking University School of Distance Learning for Medical Education Dean Gao Shuping, Elsevier Greater China President Huang Youkun, CR Healthcare Group Chairman He Xuan, and CR Healthcare Group General Manager Chen Gang. MU Time Technology Co., Ltd. Deputy General Manager Wang Li and CR Healthcare Group Hospital Operation Department Senior Director Wang Lihua presided over the signing ceremony.
In his speech, CR Healthcare Group Chairman He Xuan had high praise for the Peking University Health Science Center and expressed his desire for cooperation. He firmly believes that this cooperation will promote the development and reform of China’s medical industry.
During her speech, Li Ying praised the cooperation between the Peking University School of Distance Learning for Medical Education and CR Healthcare Group, and expressed his hopes that the cooperation will be able to achieve a win-win situation. She emphasized that the two parties should respect each other, make up for each other’s weakness, and bear increased social responsibilities jointly to create greater social value.
Elsevier Greater China President Huang Youkun expressed in his speech that Elsevier is willing to work with Peking University Health Science Center and CR Healthcare Group to create a healthier and more efficient Chinese medical ecosystem.
At the meeting, Peking University School of Distance Learning for Medical Education Dean Gao Shuping and CR Healthcare Group General Manager Chen Gang signed the Continuing Education Cooperation Agreement between Peking University School of Distance Learning for Medical Education and CR Healthcare Group; Beijing MU Elsevier Education and Technology Co., Ltd. Deputy General Manager Du Wenjing separately signed the Agreement of Clinical Medical Personnel Training Management System with the four deans of the hospital under the CR Healthcare Group. According to the agreement, both parties will carry out in-service academic education and non-academic training for relevant personnel at hospitals under the CR Healthcare Group with the help of the Peking University School of Distance Learning for Medical Education. This agreement covers teaching, training, scientific research, and scientific resources, along with aid from MU Elsevier regarding world-class medical education resources and medical technology databases. And at the same time, the parties will develop customized education products and other value added service products according to the management demands of CR Healthcare.
The Peking University Health Science Center enjoys a high reputation both at home and abroad, with a school history of over a hundred years. Relying on the excellent faculty at the Peking University Health Science Center, the Peking University School of Distance Learning for Medical Education has accumulated abundant medical education resources and formed a distance degree education training system with modern technologies. It will provide high-quality continuing education training services for medical institutes and health workers after its cooperation with Elsevier Group.
The signing of the talent training strategic cooperation agreement is a positive exploration of CR Healthcare Group’s participation in medical system reform and continuing education strengthening for member hospitals.
