CR Group Chairman Fu Yuning visited CR Healthcare for a symposium and had an informal discussion with the CR Healthcare management team and the directors of relevant business departments on the afternoon of July 28.

Relevant CR Healthcare directors gave a report on the company’s strategic development goals, medical resources acquisitions, and overall operations in the first half of the year, as well as CR Healthcare’s operations in each member hospital, operations and managerial improvements, supply chain management, and finance conditions.

Chairman Fu Yuning gave positive feedback about CR Healthcare’s work over the past year. He stated that CR Healthcare has achieved many valuable things in terms of medical resource acquisition and hospital management improvement through assured works and increasingly clear development strategies, implement after headquarters adjustment. For the next step in CR Healthcare’s development, Chairman Fu pointed out the following: I. We should seize this historical opportunity, pay more attention to medical resource acquisition, and strive to obtain high quality medical resources; II. An efficient and competent medical team is the heart of a medical institution. On the one hand, we should strive to obtain high quality medical teams; on the other hand, we should improve the ability of existing medical teams and make full use of those existing medical teams. At the same time, the headquarters’ managerial abilities should be improved to imbue each member hospital with the management philosophy and culture of CR Healthcare; III. We should fully understand the importance of an academic platform to medical institutes and strengthen cooperation with medical institutes; IV. Building a supply chain management platform will be a beneficial exploration. CR Healthcare should strengthen cooperation within CR Healthcare; V. For medical treatment, CR Healthcare should cooperate with CR Land to explore the pension industry model combined with medical support; VI. We should seize the opportunity of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional integration development, strengthening external cooperation to promote the layout of CR Healthcare in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

Chairman Fu particularly emphasized the important role of the Party in building CR Healthcare. CR Healthcare should focus on its main work, strengthen Party building, fully carry out the work of the Party organization, and make full use of it.
