On July 19th to 20th, CR Healthcare held its "14th Five-Year Plan" strategic seminar (and the ninth training retraining session for senior management of CR Group and the semi-annual work meeting) in Beijing. The seminar was attended by more than 100 people, including external, management teams, and heads of departments of CR Healthcare, as well as management teams from various member units.
Deputy Secretary-General Zhang Chuang kicked off the meeting.He emphasized the core task of the session. He required that the participating members should do a good job in the "14th Five-Year Plan" review and plan the next step of the strategic development based on industry trends.
Vice General Manager Lu Qingrong presented the "14th Five-Year" Review and "15th Five-Year" Outlook Report of CR Healthcare. CR and WISCO General Hospital shared the "14th Five-Year" reform experience. The Finance Department presented the Semi-annual financial report. The Department of Discipline Construction and Innovation presented the "14th Five-Year" Review and "15th Five-Year" Outlook Report of discipline.
External director Ge Lu commented development and gave guidance and suggestions on the direction of business development.
The participants focused on building a full-life-cycle service model, developing brands and distinctive disciplines, creating a new business model of "Medical Internet" and enhancing collaborative innovation to discuss the "15th Five-Year" strategic planning, and collided with the strategic planning framework, key measures, etc.
Chairman Yu Hai made a concluding speech. He said we should systematically advance the "14th Five-Year" strategy review and high-quality promotion of the "15th Five-Year" strategy planning, and accelerate construction of a medical business operation model with CR characteristics.
