On September 27, the signing and unveiling ceremony for the co-construction of a teaching hospital between Port of Dalian Hospital and Dalian Medical was held at the rehabilitation center of Port of Dalian Hospital.

Vice President of Dalian Medical University, Guan Youfei, and the President of Dalian Port Hospital, Sun Huaiyu, signed the agreement. The plaque was unveiled jointly by Liu Xiaodong and Yu Hai.

The two sides would establish a long-term close cooperative relationship that based on the principles of complementary strengths, resource sharing, collaborative education, and common development. They would jointly create an engine for technological development and a highland for talent cultivation, and strive to make the teaching practice base as an innovative soil for the of medical talents, and make more positive contributions to the health and well-being of the people.
