On July 15, CR Healthcare held a six-month 2024 working meeting. The Strategic Operation Department gaved the Operation Analysis Report, the finance department gaved the financial analysis report, the discipline construction and the innovation department gaved the discipline and the innovation work report.
Director Guo Jinqing commented on the company's operations in the first half of the year. She fully affirmed the achievements of the first half, and hoped that CR Healthcare would focus on the theme of“Promoting growth and winning strategy” in the second half of the year, adhere to the problem-oriented, press ahead, overcome difficulties, actively respond to changes in the industry situation, refine and improve work ideas and measures, and strive to achieve high-quality objectives throughout the year.
Chairman Song Qing made arrangements for follow-up work. First, we would continue to push for the deepening of the study and education of party discipline, and resolutely do a good job in combating medical corruption. Second, we would work together to do a good job in central inspection, so as to ensure that all reform measures are implemented and put in place. Third, we would continue to strengthen hospital operations and management, and adhere to the nature of medical public welfare. We should explore the reform of performance appraisal in the context of the national examination, actively face the challenge of the reform of medical insurance payment, strengthen discipline construction, and further carry out structural adjustment and reform of management.
In his closing speech, Han Yuewei, vice general manager of China Resources, fully affirmed the achievements of CR Healthcare in the first half of the year and the effectiveness of regional integration, and put forward four requirements for the next step of work. First, we would attach great importance to the work of inspection and rectification. Second, we would continue to push forward the four redesigns, strengthen the penetration of functions to build core competitiveness. Third, we would forge development of new quality productivity to enable high-quality development go steady. Fourth, we would strengthen proper conduct and discipline, further advance the fight against corruption, and address both symptoms and root causes.
