On January 17, 2015, under the rays of the winter sun, CR Group General Manager Qiao Shibo and his delegation attended a research symposium on China Resources& WISCO General Hospital, and WISCO Second Hospital. Mr. Qiao was very concerned about the construction and development of CR Healthcare Group and WISCO after the establishment the joint venture and cooperation relationship; he held the symposium with the leading groups of China Resources & WISCO General Hospital, and WISCO Second Hospital, respectively, and asked for suggestions and advice from the members of the leading groups on hospital development in order to understand the problems and difficulties to be solved in specific works.
During the symposium, members of the hospital leading group reported on the works from the previous year, analyzed internal and external situations, and proposed ideas about hospital works for the coming year. They also plainly laid out the problems that need further communication and adaption in five aspects, including the strategic targets, management modes, cultural integration, operation mechanisms, and resource support necessary after the establishment of the joint venture and cooperative relationship.
General Manager Qiao Shibo carefully listened to the reports of the two hospitals, gave positive affirmations for the achievements made through hospital leading group members’ hard work, and expressed his appreciation and thanks for everyone’s open communication. He also requested the CR Healthcare Group and joint venture to pay a great deal of attention to the further work needed for the hospitals, and asked them to come up with a strategic development plan for the two hospitals as soon as possible, and to define the business orientation, draft a reform plan, strengthen government resource communication, accelerate the hospital reform and development process, and achieve the common aspiration of CR Group and WISCO in building good hospitals.
After the symposium, General Manager Qiao Shibo gladly took a group photo with members of the hospital leading groups.
