On May 10, 2014, CR Healthcare Board Chairman Fu Yuning visited CR Healthcare’s Beijing headquarters to take part in a research symposium, and listened to a report given by the CR Healthcare management team and vital business members.
The CR Healthcare Person in Charge reported on total strategy, core competence building, current operation condition, and other aspects; he introduced the challenges and opportunities that CR Healthcare faces, and outlined the present key work in combining the policies, characteristics, industrial risks, and market competition of the medical industry. The persons in charge of several key CR Healthcare projects, including Science City of the Future, CR Hotel, JCI, CR Clinic, and other projects, also reported on their project’s progress.
Chairman Fu Yuning fully affirmed the industry selection and orientation, as well as the management approach of “Four Modernizations + One Modernization” for CR Healthcare. Chairman Fu pointed out there are three key points that should be paid attention to in CR Healthcare’s current industrial environment: first, problems involving the medical team should be pondered over and solved for new hospital projects, including how to keep project construction progress matched with self-medical system establishment; second, CR Healthcare must discover how it can occupy the commanding heights of the industry based on the entry point of JCI; third, it must mediate on the risks of leasing business, and the leasing business risk management system should be perfected. Chairman Fu suggested that the CR Healthcare team is a team of ideas, ambition, and entrepreneurial passion. It was suggested that the team will keep its entrepreneurial passion and seize market trends, perfect organization building, and balance the relationship between long-term investments and short-term returns. Chairman Fu encouraged CR Healthcare to achieve outward expansion by establishing a management team, and further establish its dominant market position in the industry by building hospitals with high-end orientation functions and leading service by itself or through a joint venture, forming a scale after post-merger integration.
After the research council, Chairman Fu held cordial talks with the CR Healthcare staff, encouraging them to stick to focusing on professional integrity, working hard, and making progress together with CR.
